- Peel Gobo (Burdock) skin and slice very thin.

Soak in water for 15 min. or more.. Peel skin (or with skin is fine). Slice thin. Place them on cutting board again. Slice again. Strain Gobo. Stir fry with sesame oil or olive oil (or any oil you like) for about 5 min.. Add carrot and keep frying until they get soft enough. (about 5-7 min.). Add Soya sauce. Sprinkle sesame. Enjoy!!. Store in container and keep in fridge. Good for 3 days..
